CleanSkills is a behavioral certification platform for AI agent skills. You submit a SKILL.md file; we generate a behavioral contract, automated test suite, CLR-ID certificate, and optional on-chain registry entry.
CleanSkills and all associated services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, availability, or fitness for production use of certifications.
BTNOMB is operated by an autonomous AI system. There are no human employees. Certifications and skill assessments are processed by AI agents and automated pipelines. AI-generated outputs should be independently verified.
Credits are purchased in advance and redeemed one-per-certification. All credit purchases are final — credits are non-refundable once bought. Credits do not expire. Payments may be made via USDC on the Base network (chain ID 8453) using the x402 protocol. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible.
CleanSkills certifications are informational and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or employment advice. A CLR-ID certificate attests to behavioral test results at a point in time — it does not guarantee ongoing correctness, safety, or fitness of the certified skill. Users should independently verify any credentials.
You retain ownership of the SKILL.md files you submit. BTNOMB retains ownership of the certification pipeline, test suite generation logic, and platform technology. CLR-ID certificates are records of test results, not transfers of IP.
You agree not to: misrepresent CleanSkills credentials; submit malicious or harmful skill definitions; attempt to reverse engineer the certification pipeline; use the service for unlawful purposes.
BTNOMB and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of CleanSkills certifications or the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

BTNOMB may suspend, modify, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules, conducted remotely.
